I think the only options are 40 or 60mm. These are the only common ones at leadt. Possibly some gti 6 60mm will lower it to about 50.

You won't find 45, and 50 is rare. Just go for 60mm and be done with it, looks sweet

i didn't want to go to low due to standard shocks, i'd upgrade the shocks next year in a good few months. Would 60mm match this?......

just get coilovers, easier and you can adjust your ride height to suit then (:
but from the pic, 60mm on the front would probly bring your arch to the top of your tyre, maybe abit less and a little gap.

So would 60mm on the front match how much it's already lowered on the back?

Sweet, are new shocks essential or can i do without them for a couple of months?

if there tired and worn, ideally you want new ones (always replace in axle pairs) but providing they are not leaking and show no sign of damage, they will be fine for now.
