Would you buy this dented alloy wheel?

I have the opportunity to buy a set of second-hand alloy wheels.

One of them has two small dents on the inside of the rim:





Would you buy them in this condition?

Will the dents be a problem?

if they were cheap enough yes

id have ago at beating the dent out if they were the alloys i really wanted
if i failed
id sell the tyres on and scrap the alloys to get my money back

That rim is pretty bad tbh as cully said though you could have a go at beating it out. If not you could try and biy a single to replace it

Ive straightened worse
lump hammer and a block of wood leave the tyre on as it helps not to over stress the rim
be warned though the alloy will become porous if you work is to much, leading to slow punctures

Wouldn't even bother knocking it out unless it affects the seating of the tyre. Looks fine.

There are plenty of companies now that specialise in straightening alloy wheels that are cheap enough

I have balanced far worse than that that's a very mild dent TBH

If put the two bent wheels on the back i dare say you wouldn't even notice

Would I buy it? No. Should you buy it? Yeah why not.

Depending how bad the dent is though, you can feel it on the back, I had a dented wheel with no wieghts at all on the back once (was a swallow btw) and could feel it shaking the whole car! Not a problem, I just sold it on another car.
