You have to go for the non flexible rate. If its still a lot then there's a crown plaza next door I believe.

I've had a look:

Caversham Bridge Premier Inn

For a double room, 2pax staying ONLY Saturday 1st December, the Super Saver rate is £64. The flexible rate is £70 if you want the option to change/cancel.

For a double room, 2pax staying BOTH Friday 30th November & Saturday 1st December, the Super Saver rate is £103, and the flexible £126.

These include NO breakfast, but do include two cars parking per room.

The Crowne Plaza next door is currently not showing any available rooms.

There is another Premier Inn about a 20 minute walk away, but that one doesn't include parking and it's pretty difficult to park in the areas around that hotel (although the shopping center car park is directly opposite).

There's loads of hotels in Reading but this Premier Inn is best if you can get it. You do need to start booking now, bear in mind how many of us are going- they're going to get pretty booked up!
