i find the t25 laggy at times never mind a t28. what pump are you running?

There's no way it's a T28 if you're hitting full boost between 2-2.5k

Well considering some T25's don't hit full boost till 3k, something which is much larger isn't going to boost quicker is it?

That's not a T28....
If it says T28 on it, it's a crossover T28/25 from when the naming scheme of them changed.

It's not a T28, it's more than likely a T25...
A T28 is pretty easy to spot

T28s exclusively have bolted inlets, also the hotside is too small for a 28.... That's a t25 with a 54mm compressor...
