what does a p00c8 and p00cc code mean?

Its on a 306 hdi and I used an elm 327 with pcmscan

I unplugged the egr and cleared the code for that which was also on there

p00c8 = P00200 = Injector Circuit Malfunction
p00cc = P00204 = Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 4 S2000PM1/2 - Injector control # 4. Open circuit or short to earth.

P02XX = Fuel and Air Metering

if you get letters in the obd codes it normaly needs converting to Decimal as its in Hexadecimal

What is the exact problem with the code p00c8/p00200, i know it means injector circuit malfunction but what is that exactly is the prob and how do you fix it?

That seems a pretty specific code, so i'm thinking wiring problems on injector 4 lol. It's not a problem i've seen before, but have a look about for burnt contacts, corrosion and broken wires, could even just be a bad earth.
