Well I've spent over a grand fixing the damn thing, new head gasket, valves leads plugs, timing belt exc, so now for the interesting stuff. Its such a puzzle to modify a car in Spain, everything needs to have a certificate from a garage and one to show its a official product.
But after much searching I've thought sod it and started buying.
I have a dark blue 5 door 1.6 306 phase 2.
And in the pipeline are:
Twin cone green induction kit (ordered)
4"oval sportex middle & back box
15" either motion calibre 2 or fox blue alloys
Angel eye headlights and Lexus rear lights
Window tint(bought)
Might lower but many speed humps
New gear knob & gaiter(fitted)
Generally neatening up in black & blue
And last of all if its worth it a respray.
Any thoughts ideas welcome!

Looks cool personally like the rear lights how they are.
Are parts easy to get hold of in Spain and are 306's very common?

Out of interest, are the tints for looks or to keep the car cool? I've always been intrigued if they're anywhere near as effective as they claim! Oh and standard rear lights all the way

Parts in Spain are OK, but here in menorca everything is shipped in so double the price, very expensive for anything, and the tints are for looks, I'll let you know how useful they are in the sun when it stops snowing! Lol, they are good for no condensation though.

Its always something I've liked thought :/, each to there own I guess I'm not a fan of any rear lights other than the phase 2/3 standard ones, don't even like those tinted! But like you said if you like Lexus lights then go for it pal. Your car, your choice's! Looks good so far.

well its one thing they actualy have on the island already so they are cheap , but i think next is either exhaust or wheels not decided yet. its a magnaflow universal, http://www.catalizadores.eu/72-escapes-u...o-inox-100 ,and also these http://www.rimstyle.com/alloywheels/whee...ition_gbbl. thoughts?

My Green Twin cone induction kit is still on its way, and ive just ordered a asso marmitte sports back box with the required certificate needed so that is now on its way too, i wanted alloys but i have a trip back to the uk planned and i know the exhaust i wanted, but couldn't decide on the wheels so they can wait.

Well its been months and I've been busy. Car has passed mot, but not until I had removed everything including air filter,I'm in process of moving hose, but everything is getting a good clean. Nimrods are ata friends work getting resprayed white, and sod the regulations I had to remove my E.E.C exhaust somim getting full sportex in the next few weeks. I also managed to get 2 blue surround surround front lights and Lexus rear lights for 50€.
This is today's job, stinky glue and saggy fabric off, good soak in oven cleaner and ready to be sprayyed when the wind dies down.

OK so update, has a full years MOT with no advisories, bad news my raggazzon center pipe isn't a exact fit and the garage has advised me not to cut the cat, and I don't want to de-cat as way to noisy. So I've ordered a second car pretty cheap. That's on its way! Good news I've got the wheels on and I'm soaking the last damn nut in wd40 for a de-wiper.
No comments on the lights the originals have a crack, plus I like them
