Sorry mate been rather busy over christmas. I'm going back to mine today I'll get them packaged up
Mackat - I have all of it apart from the exhaust manifold gasket. It may of sold on another forum, I'll double check and get back to you

 my concern is always that I've forgotten they have arrived and where I have put them...or more to the point, where Mrs Piggy has put them!
