code read my car and snap on scanner was throwing up tps sensor and it was showing all the symptoms of it being the tps anyway replaced it still not back to normal whats next on the list of things to check or replace?

Was it a working tps? Or from a scrapper of sorts.
I would personaly clean it and re-grease it and try again unless it works perfect on another car

It's wasn't a brand new one unfortunately what would need greasing???

Broken wire for the TPS potentially.
Unless it was a known good sensor though, could be just as bad anyway.

Well this is the thing had it on the car since march then heavy rain came couple of weeks ago and I mean proper downpour then since then been playing up

Try checking the connectors to see if there is any corrosion on any of the pins and if there is try cleaning it with contact cleaner also check to see if the rubber seal is still in the plug.
Ooh also check the main engine loom connection to the body is corrosion free.
