Its been done before but i dont know how much is involved. I did think about doing it till i got hold of a new diaphragm

There's a thread on here and they said what they had to change etc.. couldn't find it though, Know it was a member from across the water though

The worst thing is using the std ECU, it doesn't like the extra airflow at all,
Other than that swap injectors, Make a ICV blanking plate, Sort out oil pipes
Overall Road Going Production Class Winner at BARC Gurston Down Speed Hillclimb 2012, 2013 & 2014 With a class record along the way (For a while), Taking 2nd place will be Ian Redding's 306 GTi

Had the GTi6 inlet on my old XS. Fairly straight forward, I used 1.8 injectors with the 6 fuel rail, was told 6 injectors would cause smokescreen :dunno.
But as miles said extra airflow doesn't really help things.

Does it not compensate for the increased airflow then? Sounds like i might just be making more hassle for myself than its worth...

Not on the one I did as it's far too much for the ECU to handle, If you could find someone to Remap it then it would be fine
