depends on the car
my HDI estate i can get 100miles on the light my GTI6 not played roulete with that yet but i guess lead feet could rinse the light in a mile or two

sorry didn't explain very well what i meant to say was the light has never come on yet but the needle has been quite low (gti 6)

The bulb might have blown.
A good check is to unplug the sender/pump under the rear drivers side seat, the gauge should show empty and the light should come on. If it doesn't then I'd guess the bulb has blown.

dont think the bulb will blow as i believe its an LED

About 5min ago, mine came on...needle was about .5mm into the red.
Gloat moment: I last put fuel in 504miles ago...and it was 3/4 tank ![]() Wishes for more power...

Bulb blown am guessing mines did work but hasnt for about a year ana half now lol never bothered me though
