Just noticed that there are 4 different water pumps, how do i know what one is for a D8a

Hm all the xud ones are the same...infact all the XU ones fit each others....some are plastic / some are metal though.....not sure why there wuld be four different ones listed...

service box says they range from DIAM(diameter i think) 70 to 71.5, the one i have fitted to mine has two gaskets behind it a it was touching on the block when i tightened the bolts up?

i had this happen to one that had done less than 50 miles

Hm, there may well be differeances that im not aware of then.....The casting is certainly the same as ive ran S16 pumps on mine before etc...

Was there any reason for trying other pumps? anyone know a reg for a 306 that was original fitted with a D8a? want to go into peugeot with it and ask them why there is 4 types and one i need

Just use any? My old one was N967 WJW if you want to use that?
