main problem is the space, or lack off, normally stud extractor, but i doubt you'll get a drill up there, could try a air cut off tool, or a dremel rotary tool type deal with a flexible end? short of heating it up loads with oxyacetaline torch and then getting a pair of mole grips on the nut

Alot if heat and a socket thats slightly too small or a hammer and chisel. They're copper nuts so pretty soft. If not you'll happily fit a nut splitter up there.
