Was under the HDi earlier and spotted this loose cable/connector next to the front fog lights. The cable to the left is plugged into the drivers fog light. Can't see anything around there missing a plug either.

It does nothing, its not connected to anything.

Mine has alarm, but it wasnt connected to anything either end
