Pet insurance
#1
Hi everyone Smile

Currently looking at taking out pet insurance for Eve and as I know a lot of you have pets, I was wondering who you were with, if you think it's good value for money and if you've had to claim, what have they been like helpful wise and if they were quick to pay out in an emergency etc...? And anything else you may have to say about it...

Cheers for any help given!

Direct line we used I think for the 2 Staffies. They played for everything when the youngest had cancer and chaemo (sp?) Afterwards

We've been with Pet Plan for ages now. Not the cheapest in the world (£20 odd a month) but with Fenton being a Pug and their known health issues.. it's worth it.

He's currently awaiting an appt with a dermatologist (sp?) as he cannot stop itching bless him. Insurance are covering it.

Make sure you get lifetime cover too

I'd also be interested in this, as I need to sort insurance for the kittens.

Another vote for pet plan. Although we have never had to claim, they seem to have a very good reputation and are fairly well priced.
