So i put new bearings and shafts in my beam and there is a very slight bit of play in both trailing arms.
Has anyone had this before and is a small amount of play normal?

Figured that much alryt. Just that it is so minimal and is gone once torsion bars and arb is fitted is why I asked.
Got them on ebay about a year ago, think they cane from poland but i had seen other people that used them with no problems.

No didnt check the tube, just presumed it was alryt because old shafts were'nt bad at all. Dont know now shud i sort a new beam or put this one on and run it in for test.

check the offset washers are the counter sunk type, ive had many 306 axles fitted with 106 non countersunk type and these are thinner giving play.
As said above no play is normal. did you refit the inner bearings at the correct height and the shaft into the arm at the correct height aswell?

Yeah all of that was right. Found the problem after. The 2 torsion bars ore loose in the axle, the splines must be worn down or something, heres a link to the video of it:

needs pulling apart regardless, possible worn splines on either arm and bar.

It looks like the splines in the arm are the culprits. I have more arms here but there all drum brake.
