Sorry mate but I would really advise against it. I did the first thing on my first 306. It looks terrible, people steal them, they corrode easily and the reception is shocking.
But if you want to you can not all just unscrew the phse 3 aerial and screw the bee sting aerial in. It usually comes with different size thread adapters to fit different sized aerial holes. If you want to change the whole thing then you have to remove the interior light and then there is a jut to remove the aerial.
