They cant charge according to sex any more but I'm pretty sure they have found a way around it like charging on title (Mr, Mrs, Miss, DR, Sir etc) or working out risk according peoples names so if 1 in 1000 people called Dave crash and 3 in 1000 people called Tyler crash people called Tyler will pay more.

Not sure what else to say haha
I just gave JJ my info, he got me a quote and it seemed to come with the privilege of driving other cars even though I'm not full comp. Wasn't expecting it tbh but it's nice to finally have.

The fact is, that MOST companies won't offer it until you're 25 now. I've heard of a few exceptions

That's very frustrating! Chris Knott told me it was 25! By next renewal I will be 25 anyway so I have missed the boat.

No one can answer that as it will depend on each individual, people can only recommend on their own experiences. For me, Brentacre and Greenlight.

Usually whoever gives you the best quote I'd imagine.

Aloud of rubbish?? I've never heard this before
If you have a modified car there is no point doing online quotes as you'll get ripped off. There's about 5 specialists you need to call and yes its shit that it takes a whole afternoon but if it saves you a couple hundred quid then there's no issues.
You wanna call:
Sky
Adrian Flux
Chris Knott
Brentacre
Performance Direct
And possibly a couple of others

Brentachre for me, just out of convenience. When i was 17 my premium was 2100 on me old 0-60 in never pug 205 gld. Almost 6 years on mine is only 450 for a mapped hdi. Like most things in life i suppose, seems to iron its self out over time.

Well I got my ex a corsa she was 22 new driver with 1.2 sxi 51plate. She paid £900 fc. We went to look at one corsa 1.2 sxi which was a 22 year old lad new time driver with black box he was paying £2.5k. Massive difference.
My insurance has always been around £1000 mark. This year with brentacre it went down too £900, a quick quote on go compare for the '6 its £850.

Were a decent price for me at that age but if you want to modify or have that privilege I'd suggest jumping ship as soon as possible.
