Instrument cluster illumination not working

Need some advice, when my lights are on I have no instrument cluster illumination, neither do my heater controls light up, I've checked the fuses and they're all good and I've also checked the bulbs which again are all good. Any more ideas?

earth or fuse.
did you use a multimeter or just ya eye to check fuse Wishes for more power...

Nah, just looked at them, where abouts is the earth to?
