temp gauge plus fuel

me and a mate changed the bulbs on a dturbo the other day but had to split the whole dash to get it out as we didn't want to force it out and break it #faceplam. any how the temp gauge isn't working any more and either is the fuel gauge is there any way to re-calibrate them or any thing please help

take it all apart again and check the plugs on the back of the dash panel

all plugs are ok as we thought that they weren't in right and thought the pins were bent but ok could it be to do with the fact that we might of played with the dials as we like to see how they worked lol lmao
