Woop an interesting project!
Are you planning on controlling the VNT via the ecu / map?
There are many places here in the UK that can produce forged internals for you, im sure if you spoke to them, they would be happy to provided you covered the extra postage, and paid up front...
Good luck / keep updated with lots of pictures!

Having a few issues translating here....
Yes i was talking about your variable geometry turbo, were you going to control it via the ecu? Or in a more basic mechanical method?
You would need to simply post the company a set of your standard conrods, and they can work from that / what you tell them....
Strut rods?

Hi mate, I guess your the guy who PM'd me on 306.net. Cool project.
In my opinion it might be cheaper to swap to the 2.2 HDi 8v (DW12 engine) as apparently that'll see 250bhp on the standard internals whereas the DW10 is said to be limited at about 230bhp before the rods get snappy
Custom forged con rods will cost £500-£1000 at a guess, the pistons will be about double that. Diesel pistons are especially complicated as they have the "heron bowl" in the top that either needs to be cast in or would be incredibly difficult to machine out.
For con rods you may be best to measure up the con rod length and gudgeon pin diameter and see if there is something existing in the right size for either the GTi6 or the s16 as they both use the same big end bearing size ad the HDi.

Yes I am, thank you
to me they told me the conrods gave no .. how to know the measures to compare? GTI does not have any
A 2.2 meter solution is not because I have 2 engines 2.0
my question is if I have to send my 4 conrods for the manufactures and they alter them or make them 4 new starting?

They would make 4 brand new forged conrods....your stock ones are fairly weak / from crap material....so cant "modify them"

Good to see an ambitious diesel project for a change. Can i suggest you do some more research on the injectors - there are much better options than the AMG nozzles, they are not so good for an efficient burn.
