Another blower motor problem!

[NOSE]

Hi guys, I have a 2001 HDI (with a/c), when we picked the car up the heater/blower was fine but the buttons had all faded and were a bit damaged so we changed out the control panel. To cut a long story short the blower is now always on at full speed, I know the resistor's go so we have put 2 known working motors in and 2 control panels but the problem is still there aarrrrrrr    Is there anything else we can look at as this is driving me up the fookin wall
