A83 through Argyle and Bute from Arrochar to say Lochgilphead.
Amazing corners, amazing views, little traffic, huge overtaking opportunitys.
I do want to try that A821 next time I'm up.

B4030 and B4077 going from Bicester to Tewkesbury is a cracking drive IMHO.
Just gotta hit it when there's no traffic about.

That's a fair few miles from Glasgow (just looked and it's 250)! On the other hand it means not too many can be arsed to drive that far. The view from the top is awesome, a mix of water and land in nearly equal proportions or at least that's the memory I have of it. We pitched a couple of tents on the seashore that night and woke up to see a herd of deer sharing it with us. Closest I've found to an alpine road in the UK.
Good times :-D

Where exactly is that road to applecross? I'm up that way soon and would enjoy tackling it...

I remember driving this road in my XUD, lovely and clear the whole way. Enjoyed it so much I didn't want to stop for fuel, pretty much on fumes by the end of it.
