Only thing I have ever struggled to remove has been a couple of crank pulley bolts which have taken a 6ft bar and a lot of force to undo!
I wouldn't recommend using an impact gun with a non impact so... |

as said previous, not a good idea to change circuits to front and rear as can be dangerous if one circuit fails. the original circuits would be nsf & osr and osf & nsr - this means if one circuit fail... |

have you DTI'd the disc, doesnt take much of a warp to cause it to bind! can be as little as 0.25mm |
