I'm going to try and get a video of decent sound quality of just revving the car while standing from outside the car at some point this weekend.

They suffer from Carbon build-up in the cylinder which can then lead to friction>heat>cracked cylinder>rebuild lol. The engine was designed to be revved, hense why they're not that torquey, so whenev... |

Between 2 - 3k for a decent rebuild with some uprated parts thrown in there which you may as well do while it's apart. 60k is the average mark however these engines will keep going if they've been lo... |

Yeah I agree, the current plate isn't staying where it is. I'm actually looking at getting a mechanism to fold away the plate under the grill/bumper. But that again will be at a much later date. |
