Dished and wide are the way forward!

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Midnightclub - 27-01-2012

Indeed they are mate.. i'm thinking possibly flat cap borbet A's, Get a set of speedlines split rimmed or Some deep dish minilites..

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 27-01-2012

Borbets look sick!!! Join me with banded steels haha.

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Midnightclub - 27-01-2012

haha.. nahh i'm ok Tongue I like em' just not my sorta thing really..

I'm thinking of getting it smooth too.

Got a few plans in my mind and think i'm going to be keeping this for a while now so i'm going to get all the suspension sorted.. get some GAZ coilovers up front to match the rear shocks and then drop the rear, powerflex pbushes up front and then start thinking about bigger brakes ninja

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 27-01-2012

Nice! Smooth is the way to go! Got more to do on mine haha. You going to use powerflex polybush mounts on the front?

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Midnightclub - 27-01-2012

Not sure about the mounts.. If mine break before then i expect they'll get replaced with powerflex stuff as well

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 27-01-2012

Nice. Thats what im thinking of going for!

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Midnightclub - 28-01-2012

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 28-01-2012

Hmmm. Btw ive ordered my gaz shocks. Did you get the golds or just the normal ones?

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Midnightclub - 28-01-2012

Just the normal ones mate, from what i've heard there plenty good enough, i've had mine on now for probably a year and there still perfect! I love the adjustment on them

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 28-01-2012

Awesome! Cant wait to get mine fitted and the rear lowered now!

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Midnightclub - 28-01-2012

Yeah man! Really improves the handling IMO

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 28-01-2012

Awesome! Ye mine is still rolling too much for my liking!

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Midnightclub - 28-01-2012

Yeah, adjust them about 180 degrees to start with and go from there as there soft as fcuk to start with lol

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 28-01-2012

Did you adjust them whilst the car was jacked up or on the floor?

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Connor - 28-01-2012

I whacked mine all the way up lol

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 28-01-2012

How hard is it on the back?

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Connor - 28-01-2012

Oh it was stiff Wink

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 28-01-2012

Awesome! Thats what I need!

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Midnightclub - 28-01-2012

LOL.. ALL the way up would be spine breaking!! I've got mine i think a full and a half turn and it's just right for now, you can adjust them on the floor mate or any angle where you can reach tbh lol

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Connor - 28-01-2012

Nah it wasnt that bad, but it was bouncy as fook on the motorway lol

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Midnightclub - 28-01-2012

Ha ha, mines stiff but fairly comfy on long drives so it's perfect

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Foxy-jim - 28-01-2012

Ok so 540 degrees? I will try that to start with!

Re: My stage 2 HDi project - Connor - 28-01-2012

All the way up, then just a click or 2 back until youre happy
