Has anyone any info for a bench test for the MAF sensor, like reistance checks etc......

They aren't that simple to check.
You could compare two at constant revs say at idle and 3k rpm via the volts out on pin 5 for the flow or the volts on pin 1 for the temperature volts out.

Thanks, got that info from a HDI file in info, real good info..........will be checking 12v supply ( suspect make and break contact in wires...... ) and earth and outputs...........awaiting turbo oil return pipe, £40 from pug with discount!!
