just a quick one has any one with billy b4's noticed that the lower part of the strut is a smaller diameter than a standard strut

More people we can get together to complain to Bilstein, more chance they may act on it.

Niall that's a problem with the position of the locating tab I believe rather than a diameter issue!
Dale, what does it measure and are they new?

ill double check them tonight if i get chance! if you torque the billy's up to what they should be they flap about in the hubs!
is this the same for the b8's??

thats the other issue i noticed but i must admit thats not the one that bothers me the most i must admit ive been thinking about changing them!
