307 brake vibration - Daniel306 - 01-11-2014

My 307 has had a vibration on the brakes for a while now, it only happens when the brakes are pushed a medium force(the pressure used 99% of the time), light and heavy braking is fine, its the same vibration/wobble i used to get with a worn P bush, goes along the steering rack into the steering wheel, the pedal is fine

Iv replaced

Disks and pads
Inner and outer track rods
top mount bearing's
Steering rack
one wheel bearing
wheels and tyres, twice
Wishbone bushes, twice
Balljoint's

Im thinking its the wishbone bushes but they have been replaced this time with "firstline" bushes less that 500 miles ago and made no diffrence

Calipers might need servicing?

Well you didn't say that. Tongue

Does look like changed nearly everything though! Are you sure it's the fronts btw?

Dident say as it something that should alwase be done when the pads are out

it is the front, more front left too. Rear disks pads and bearing have been done, bearings are disks are one unit on this car, cost 180 for them alone

Passed the mot a few weeks ago with no advisories
