as title, on a t2 any suggestions on what i can do?

hammer and chizel it open, and replace??

Pull the actuator off; 2 or 3 10mm nuts holding it to the compressor housing and the circlip at the wastegate end. Then replace it with another nut or another actuator. Should be able to pick up an actuator for cheaps off somebody whos blown a T2 up and still got it laying around

If your trying to increase your boost just get an MBC, job done, if your trying to decrease then just reduce your fuel. Thats avoiding the problem, but meh

Tryed lol no good i cant get the nut or the end of the arm off they are dead tight

Then id suggest what dan said - remove the actuator arm...
