Need move my Ecu so i can assess the fuses behind it, is it safe to remove it by following the battery removal procedure then unplugging the ecu?

Yes. Shouldn't be a problem. So long as battery is disconnected

Worked fine, fuses are fine so problem is somewhere else

Radiators low fan, its supposed to come on when the A/C is turned on, I can get the high fan to work from PP2000 but not the low

Ac pump defiantly kick in?

Also it won't come on if its chilly enough

check the relays.
