Drivers side drive shaft, nuts - titch - 08-01-2014 Just wondering if anyone knows the size of the nuts that go on the 2 L shaped bolts that hold the drivers side drive shaft bearing in the housing. Looking on service box it normally tells you the size, had a quick look and it says 7X100-7-11 so does that mean 7mm so an m7 nut ? Cheers Titch RE: Drivers side drive shaft, nuts - Piggy - 09-01-2014 Yeah, its a 11mm head. RE: Drivers side drive shaft, nuts - C.A.R. - 09-01-2014 Have fun - they can be a pig! Especially if they've been over-tightened or have started rusting. RE: Drivers side drive shaft, nuts - titch - 09-01-2014 Cheers, i have already done the shaft did it yesterday, just didn't have any new nuts so will replace them when i can get some new ones. Titch |
