1st I have a vibration frew the gear stick steering wheel and pedals pretty much all the time since I lowered my car 60mm hope someone has came across this before cheers lads

Something must be fouling, have a look around. Start with bits that were taken off or will have changed position relative to the chassis when you lowered the car - exhaust, wishbones, driveshafts, etc.

lower engine mount.

check first what has changed...

As piggy said above, the lower engine mount can cause this, i had the same problem and i changed the lower engine mount and the gearbox one and all smooth again.

I would look first at what you have changed recently if you have just lowered it, and it didn't do it before.
