Hi guys just changed the radiator on the ph1 and noticed water in the passenger footwell. Can see were the water has come down from the centre lower heaters and it's wet inside the vents. Could it be the matrix or water from the rain getting in some were.

Sounds like the heater matrix is leaking to me but you could check your expansion tank and start the engine with the cap off, see if more water appears inside the car.
It could also be you aerial or sunroof leaking.

Deffo matrix there's a puddle in the foot well. Can see it coming through and it smells like solder ;(. Anyone fancy doing a matrix?
