Bit pointless writing in really! My arse! I joined there when I got my p1 a couple of weeks ago wasnt overly impressed with the activity on there.. which then brought me here 100x better from my short time on here seems a bit hostile over there or maybe its just me lol RE: The leading forum, with 25,000 members - Niall - 10-08-2013 They aren't hostile at all. All very friendly (but then you will get hostile people everywhere. Theres a few here) but unfortunately it's just not hugely active. P.S. 306.net.com/bumders said you're all lady gardens RE: The leading forum, with 25,000 members - lolsteve - 10-08-2013 You sure they weren't just talking about Niall? RE: The leading forum, with 25,000 members - Norledge - 10-08-2013 Nope all of you. There's a rumour going round the Golf GTi club that you all take it up the arse from the Integra owners club too. RE: The leading forum, with 25,000 members - Dum-Dum - 10-08-2013 TBH the things that sell this place for me is that everyone has chosen to come here knowing that there is other 306 clubs available and the fact that aside form 306 clubs we get posts from people on VAG clubs because they cant get an answer there but somehow we can work out whats wrong with their car (other than it not being a 306). If you want to see how active a forum is you want to look at the posts per day and how many people turn up to shows. Weve been one of the largest clubs at every show ive been to this year (PPC, Pugfest and FCS) RE: The leading forum, with 25,000 members - Andy - 10-08-2013 Not forgetting members who don't even drive! So ronery! RE: The leading forum, with 25,000 members - Dum-Dum - 10-08-2013 (10-08-2013, 11:54 AM)Andy Wrote: Not forgetting members who don't even drive! Nah you just fall into the list of people who cant drive like Ed 'needs 4 pots' Doe, Fooby 'Mr inappropriate footwear', Me 'what bollard?' and many others. RE: The leading forum, with 25,000 members - Piggy - 10-08-2013 I was very much a '.netter'... didnt like this forum at first, was rude and arrogant....then I realised its all sarcasm and banter and I now really like it. I still think people hate me...but it doesnt matter here! RE: The leading forum, with 25,000 members - Niall - 10-08-2013 (10-08-2013, 12:48 PM)Piggy Wrote: I was very much a '.netter'... Dude people dont hate you and even if they do, so what? We are a loveable bunch really! Seriously, if you come to a meet, I promise you will absolutely love it. People are normally exhausted due to chronic amounts of banter and laughter. People like you because you are quite obtuse, like they are! You fit in with ginge, 4way, Liam and the other ones quite well. People like you because you are very traditional in your manner. Even nutcases (like me) get quite an easy ride on here. I have been perma banned from many other forums, including the likes of PH and Finalgear.com. There's only 3 people who aren't welcome at our meets and 2 of them aren't even registered users. |
