Can't get my angel eyes/HIDs to work? - rtha6551 - 09-08-2013

Plugged the grey plug into the socket, and the indicator plug in but I get an odd pattern of lights?

Drivers side:

Sidelights: halo rings, 3 small yellow lights go on as expected along with the innermost smallest projector lens

Dipped beam: nothing changes from the sidelights setting but there is an intermittent fizzing noise coming from the light unit and I can't tell where it's coming from, no visible causes of shorts from what I can see

Main beam: same as sidelights but the non projector high beam does come on

Passenger side:

Sidelights: nothing except the innermost lens lights up

Dipped beam: the dipped projector lens lights up but nothing else apart from the innermost sidelight lens

Main beam: the non projector lens lights up along with the others

Really have no idea what's going on, all connections are secure and tight but :S

Thanks

Any pics if the wiring, it's a DIY job to get the halo working so they might have wired it wrong

Have you run 100w bulbs before?
