Right so iv finaly got it running bit it runs like shite. what do i need to do , and please dont say i need to have the cam belt off again

White smoke, as I guess you know, can be unburnt fuel, mine used to do it when hunting on veg at cold.

Timing, fuel filter (check for leaks, air getting in etc), advance/retard the pump.
