I like the adrenaline rush when the car veers off suddenly................But seriously, I never have both hands on the wheel lol...was always told about that while learning and it still hasn't made a difference lol...especially now I have an armrest!
Usually I'm a right handed racedriver.......but when I had a 4 spoke used to hold between the bottom spokes...theres no name for that though....

Farmer, but on the other side...it should be on the right....You hold it there, and lean your elbow on the doorcard...standard lazy farmer issue...

Racecar driver if im driving 'hard' but generally farmer with my elbow resting on the doorcard armrest and my left hand on the other armrest holding gearstick.

How do you guys lean on the door card? You must have bloody long arms?? I find it really uncomfortable doing that, much more comfortable to rest my elbow on my leg......

Tend to swap between the two every minute or so if i'm not on the motorway lol, if you drive bang through the middle of a major city every day you learn to make your own gaps in traffic. (And it's bloody amazing what you can turn into a gap when you've got a 106...

I think the douchebag only applies though if you're trying to look hard with your seat reclined all the way like a lady garden. Mine is in an upright position so I have proper control of the car.
