Spark Plug Gap? - Welshdrg - 23-02-2013 hey, i have a 1.4 r reg 306 and am changing the spark plugs what is the size of the gap needed??? RE: Spark Plug Gap? - Piggy - 23-02-2013 the plugs should come preset gapped... dont fiddle unless you are modding RE: Spark Plug Gap? - Eeyore - 23-02-2013 What? dont change the gap! They are set from the factory! Maybe give them a little sand with sandpaper just to clean the contacts but dont go changing anything! If you want to be part of the fast and the furious then get these! ![]() Then you can brag about how your spark plugs have four prongs ![]() RE: Spark Plug Gap? - Toms306 - 24-02-2013 As said you only need to gap plugs if they're old usually. But its 0.9mm for 1.4s iirc. RE: Spark Plug Gap? - Puggie - 24-02-2013 A mentioned plugs should already have the correct spacing if purchased new. according to auto data gap is indeed 0.9mm |
