Fitting Buckets - Airbag Resistors - Ed Doe - 05-02-2013

Evening all,

I'm planning on fitting buckets on the weekend, but could really do without the airbag light blinking at me all the time. Can anyone advise what resistor I will need to fit to the underseat wiring for the seat side airbags, and for the seatbelt pretensioners?

Any links to suitable ones with the right resistance it would be much appreciated!

Cheers

I'll need 4 annoyingly, 2 for the seatbelt pretensioners, and 2 for the side airbags. I think they're 1.8-2ohms from what Niall's said... if you could bring some up Sunday it would be awesome man Big Grin

Maplin have everything you need, i went in and told him i needed 2ohm resistors fuse and he sorted me with everything, fuses, holders, resistors, came to under a tenner and i think i got six of everything and a 10 pack of fuses or something like that. Havent bothered to fit any of it yet though
