Two new calipers must have cost a bit? Take it 32mm is the largest pistons that came in the calipers?

Hmmm £60 each, yeah 32mm is the biggest standard rear calliper,

Well since it's along weekend this coming week, I think I may stick the td04 on, and possibly build yet another pump!

Started the turbo tonight, and got it lined up, tacked into place, just needs welding in the morning,

RE: The old dturbo project - dturbopeck - 30-03-2013

Finished it off today, its abit more laggy, but when it hits boost you know abit it, i also turned the fuel down, so with the 12mm fitted its going to fly! or blow up! lol

I turned down the fuel, and already made a big difference, bit more laggy but pulls like a train, only thing now is I need a 3 bar boost gauge, as it hits 2 bar easy, also need to know what it's running,

Also fitted polished rocker cover and new gasket, and started to polish up intake manifold,

Next up:

Another 11mm or 12mm pump build
Water injection
Then abit of a tune then hit the rollers!

Also decided not to fit my Hdi gearbox, as I like the way it is,
