Just changed my fuel filter after it had been in for about 1900 miles and f*ck me what a difference. I didnt realise how bad it had got but i now have epic wheel spin in 1st and 2nd and clutch slip in 3rd, 4th and 5th ( on a 1900 mile old valeo)
I really didnt expect it as the 2.1 Swap uses the full 1.9 fuel system and although im running on veg i had swapped the filter a few times before.
Think it had also been the cause of my poor starting as it really wasnt getting alot of fuel.

feels fine on veg with a new filter. Think its gonna have to be a monthly job on the car or every other tank or something.

I do my filter when on veg every 1500-2000miles...they so cheap...get genuine from Motor factors for £1.88!
