Cold start on veg. Hadnt started car up since saturday.
Is it normal? Cause people give me weird looks when the idle is all over the place!
It does become steady at 1100rpm once warm though!(set it at 1100)

Yes, that can be normal. You would probably find blending a little bit of petrol and/or adding some cetane booster will greatly improve cold starting and running.

Its a religious thing. Reading from our holy book/general prayers. In particular, that CD is used to do exorcism on people who maybe possessed.

Fair enough, thought it sounded a bit religious-y. Wonder if we could arrange a dubstep remix?

(guys on veg)
When you startup, do you wait for the idle to settle? It can take upto 15 mins :o

It's healthier for the engine to be driven when warming up rather than just leaving it idling. Can be a bit spluttery though.

lol the pumps love it when the engine demands 40psi of boost from cold veg. Nothing like giving the vane pump a good breaking in, no lube ftw... thats my style

I have to drive to let it warm up otherwise my house would stink of veg.
I dont rag it till its warm. Ive got a hunting 1200rpm cold idle and a smooth 850rpm hot idle and on cold idle i just stick it in 5th and let it pull on the idle.
