vibration and oil question

couple of things, i had a water pipe split and my engine overheated, should i put fresh oil in? my idea is if the oil overheated its not working as well as it should anymore.

also i have a rattle/vibration coming from the passenger side, sounds like its coming from the engine, it does it on tickover and before 2k, stops after 2k when the turbo kicks in when driving, any ideas?

when i accelerate or deacelerate it knocks aswell so i think it need new engine mounts, could this be anything to do with the rattle/vibration

I wud bud as oil does start to break down anything past 110 c have u checked if u have play in the front end

Bad engine mounts will cause knocking and vibration so I'd get those done first before looking into the issue more. You'll probably find it goes away.
