ii belive its one some one got made it came from cjm harris on the 6 forum not the best but stiffens the car up a hell of a lot
it mounts to the rear seat mounting points and on the floor idealy would need plates welded in to bolt to

No engine isn't run in yet so was only running 28psi but even so it was freaking awesome

I think you've got some pretty good prices there. Possibly interested in the forged rods, don't know how much to offer for them though. Are they dt or hdi?

Thought it was a good price for a direct bolt on kit and this still uses the actuator and no bulkhead issues

can't remember when it kicked in b3ut I didn't find it bad and i was use to a tiny ko3

I won't know what is happening with the car for a few weeks cause I going to strip the head of again and see what's its done this time and then decide what's happening.

If I do break the bottom end is already prov sold.

Its basically the same spec I am starting on, but with a different turbo.

If I can get it at less than what I have priced up so far then all good.

Right I did write a reply to everyone but looks as it didn't work.

basically I won't know for a few weeks weather she will be broken. I'm goin to pull the head off again over the x mas break then go from there..

Mark if I do break her the bottom end is reserved for someone else.and sounds silly but the shell won't be goin anywhere until I scrap it

milkman it was 100% quicker than when I took you out in the old engine but after now what is two new heads its pressuring the coolant again so not sure if this time it was me using a shit gasket in the rush to get it fixed or dropped pre cups again but I will be investigating this Sunday/Monday

Well consiering people run TD04 more and more I've not known any ones head to lift so I'd say gasket or bolts right?

Won't be the head that's lifted was running upgraded head bolts with the first head then that dropped the cups but on rebuild with the second head used stock just to see what happened but its got the exact symptoms as the other head with the shot cups we'll soon see what's gone of and if its the head again a may well just build a super head with different pre cups in but see what happens



or just knock all the cups out and put hdI pistons in and run it di
