Seriously, I don't think on the stock clutch size, you're going to foind much more holding force, frankly I'm impressed that it's holding 350lb.ft... You're now into the realms of multi plate clutch packs - that's IMHO about the only way unless you're wanting to switch to a very heavy pressure plate and go hydraulic.
Your other option is to turn down the torque midrange and work on getting the fuel in past 4000rpm, 350lb.ft is more than good enough at lower RPMs, get the fuel in up high and you'll be looking towards 250-300hp, that's all that's holding you back really.
