Yeah erm, mine's now dead and mine made a huge dumping noise when changing gear at 25+psi. Sounded epic defiltered but it now sounds like a Police siren...

not all dt's do it
we have just took all the filter pipe work off of gary's(the one who brought that fmic from you) as he wants his to sound like mineItwasntme but his wont do it or atleast not that loud and we even took the damper off of his pump so the throttle would shut quicker but still no luck and his is boosting upto 22psi where as mine is only 17psi

his car has
lucas pump stage 1
no filter or pipe work
iirc a k03 turbo
tmic
straight through exhaust with the baffles taken out

mine has
lucas pump stage 1
no filter or pipe work
fmic with 50mm-76mm-57mm pipe work and xantia inlet manifold
t2 turbo with screamer pipe
straight through exhaust with home made motorbike can with some baffles in

Its possible to make the turbo stall if you know how but wouldnt recommend it tbh, also mine started to do this on the K14 running 28psi and then shat itself a few weeks later lol

I normally change gear about 10psi ~ 2000 ish rpm and itll do it everytime without fail, used to do it when i had an airfilter aswell, so its not just the de-filter, think its just how quick the fuel shuts off so to say?

i can usually get what people call chatter
http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10151026392951510

but most of the time i get this powing noise, only started when i defiltered it though
really does it well when i bog it down then stamp on the clutch lol which is what i done on the video
(hope you can see the video, if not just add me)
