Rear Door card speakers

Currently have 3dr phase 1
Looking to put speakers in the rear door cards. Anyone done this. Seen a set for sale on one of the sites but can't find then. Is it just a case of removing door card. Cut hole then fit speakers?

Pretty much. Or pull the material off cut hole and reglue the material down. Stealthy :-)
