Blower Motor noise

Recently the blower fan motor thing has been making a wank noise, best way to describe it is something caught in there and than fan hitting it every time, the faster the fan goes, the louder it is. if it helps, I have a/c. save me

remove the fan motor 3 or 4 screws from up under the passenger side dash
