Hit 110 in the estate at 24psi before popping a boost hose and destroying the head, hence leading up to my FCS issues.

Now running 28psi with more fuel but the estate doesn't fill you with confidence when pushing it...

Nearly 120 on the speedo but both times had to let off because I ran out of space. They should let less vehicles onto my runway Tongue

That was when it was Lucas with the fuel turnt up, now it's Bosch and 16psi.

I agree with what is said though, it's more about how quickly you can get there.

I did 110mph ish in my XLdt down a hill (on the M1 I think). This was a long time ago when I just got it. I then noticed the temp was climbing, it hit 95*c and I stopped, knowing how easily they blow HG's when they overheat.
Current Car: Lexus CT200h 1.8 138, 2013, 19,500 miles
Previous Car: VW Passat 2.0 TDi 140, 2005, 136,000 miles
Previous Car: Peugeot 306 XLdt (stock!), 150,000 miles (I miss this car Sad)

Yeah it's all about how you get there, I agree. But my Dturbo does 0-60 in 14 seconds....

Theres a private run way on the M1? Didnt know that. Because you obviously wasnt doing that on the actual motorway because that would be illegal Big Grin
