Estate rear wiper not working

My rear wiper on my estate hasnt worked since i got it, took the cover off and can hear a intermittent click but the wiper doesnt move, changed the wiper and it did the same thing cant think of what else it could be any ideas ?

is that the one on wiper motor itself ? i swapped them over between the new motor and old and it still did the same, do these relays commonly fail and ive got to dud ones ?

I'd say the motor's had it mate......especially if you can hear an intermittent click from the relay.....that would suggest the relay's working ok to me.........
